By accessing or using Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd service (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16790117) with registered office at White Cottage, Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, SL2 3HU.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws
All information you provide is accurate and complete
Identity Verification
We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service and forfeiture of any prizes.
Entry Fee and Gameplay
Players pay a fixed entry fee of £5 or £10 to participate in the £10k Hat-trick challenge.
The entry fee grants you the opportunity to play three pub games in sequence: Beer Pong, Shuffleboard, and Darts.
Each game is an independent test of skill. To advance to the next game, you must successfully complete the current game according to its specific rules.
If you fail to complete a game, your turn ends, and you will not advance to subsequent games in the sequence.
Game Rules and Conduct
Specific rules for each game (Beer Pong, Shuffleboard, and Darts) will be clearly posted at participating venues.
Players must follow all venue-specific safety guidelines and staff instructions.
Cheating, tampering with equipment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of entry fee and prizes.
Venue staff have final authority on all gameplay decisions and rule interpretations.
Skill-Based Gaming
The £10k hat-trick is a skill-based entertainment experience. Success in the games depends on the participant’s physical ability, hand-eye coordination, and strategic thinking. This is not gambling, and no element of chance determines the outcome of individual games.
Prize Structure
Players who win any individual game (Beer Pong, Shuffleboard, or Darts) earn the opportunity to spin a prize wheel for instant rewards, which may include:
Instant prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Prize Redemption
Instant prizes must be redeemed at the venue where they were won, unless otherwise stated.
Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Unclaimed prizes expire 30 days from the date won, unless a longer period is specified on the prize notification.
Prize redemption may require presentation of a QR code, email confirmation, or other proof of win.
Grand Prize (£10,000 Jackpot)
Only players who successfully complete all three games (Beer Pong, Shuffleboard, and Darts) in a single paid entry are eligible for the £10,000 grand prize.
Completing all three games and host confirming will then need to be verifiied by offsite team of Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd and the insurers within 7 days.
The grand prize winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the jackpot win.
The grand prize must be claimed within 90 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Grand prize winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity activities.
Payment
All payments must be made in British Pounds (£) using accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation. You will receive an email receipt.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Entry fees are non-refundable, even if you:
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of venue closure, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond the player’s control.
Account Creation
Creating a profile account is optional but recommended to track rewards, view history, and receive notifications.
You may play as a guest without creating an account, but rewards and history will not be saved.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to £10k Hat-trick are owned by Lucky Shot Entertainment Limited or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission.
No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in entry fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd an entertainment service provided in partnership with independent pub, bar venues and other venues.
We are not responsible for venue-related issues, including but not limited to:
Any disputes related to the venue itself should be directed to the venue management.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Dispute Resolution Process
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service should first be addressed by contacting our support team at support@luckyshotents.com
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or app.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Shot Entertainment Ltd.
